The Community Relations Committee is inviting all WCBR membership and their families to support Dixie Care & Share and the Salvation Army this holiday season by volunteering to help out with this year’s Annual Christmas Dinner Dec. 25th. We Need Volunteers To:
1) Sort Christmas Toys for the kids on December 22nd at 2:00 P.M. Location to be announced.
2) Help Christmas Day at the dinner between 9:30 A.M. to around 5:00P.M. Shifts are no longer than 3 hours so that folks aren’t away from home and family too long.
3) Cook turkeys- Dixie Care & Share will provide turkeys, pans and containers for the drippings for gravy. Turkeys can be made in advance and delivered to DC&S or brought to the dinner Christmas Day (early!).
4) Cook Dressing- Pans will be provided
5) Cook Pumpkin Squares-Pans and recipe will be provided.
