KIM JULIAN with REMAX FIRST REALTY, was recently presented with his certificate for successfully fulfilling the educational and experiential requirements to earn the SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) Designation. Kim has dedicated over thirty years of his life to the real estate industry, earning multiple professional designations, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and E-Pro (techniques for evaluating and using Internet tools). Additionally, Kim is trained to assist home owners in assessing their options when faced with difficulties in making their home loan payments. Kim has served as a past president of the Washington County Board of REALTORS, and is currently an Associate Broker with Remax First Realty in St. George. The SFR certification program includes training on how to manage short sale, foreclosure and estate-owned transactions. It also provides resources to help Realtors stay current on national and state-specific information as the distressed home market evolves.
